How the Policy Works

 If you find a lower rate for the same room type, booking conditions, and dates on any OTA, we kindly request that you notify us via email at [email protected]. Please include: 

1. A screenshot of the lower rate. 
2. A booking link from the OTA showing the details of the rate.

1. The Best Rate Guaranteed applies to publicly available rates on OTAs for the same room category, occupancy, stay dates, and booking conditions.
